What are the dates of each drive?
Wave One: Monday, February 17 – Wednesday, February 19
Wave Two: Tuesday, February 18 – Thursday, February 20

What hotel will we be staying at?
Hotel accommodations and evening receptions will be held at Pendry West Hollywood 8430 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA 90069. 

Where will the presentations be held?
Presentations will take place at EDGE Studios, Los Angeles, California. 

Will I be able to bring a videographer with me?
We will be providing a photographer and videographer throughout the program to assist with any specific requests or needs you may have. Unfortunately there is not room for you to bring your own crews on this program. If you have additional questions or needs, please note them on the registration site and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

What should I pack?
The dress code is casual/business casual. Closed-toed shoes are required for driving. Evenings may be chilly, and our farewell dinner will be outside.

What if I will be flying into the program?
Two nights hotel accommodations will be made available at Pendry West Hollywood. Travel will be booked in and out of Hollywood Burbank Airport. If you need additional information or have specific travel requests, please note them on the registration form. Our travel partner, Kintetsu, will reach out to book flights after you complete your registration. 

What If I am driving to the program?
Valet parking is available at Pendry West Hollywood – 8430 Sunset Boulevard West Hollywood, CA 90069. Parking will be covered for your two night stay.

Will I have Internet and email access?
Yes, there will be WiFi access at each location.

Is there an embargo related to this event?
Yes, there is a strict embargo on driving and design/interior impressions.  You may share your attendance at the event, as well as photography of the event and the vehicle however, with no restrictions.  The embargo is set for 8:00 AM Eastern on Monday, February 24, 2025.  By confirming your attendance to this program, you are agreeing to adhere to this strict embargo.
